Nutrition, Allergies, and Well-Being

The University of Notre Dame provides a wide variety of support via meal plans, accommodations, and nutritional offerings across campus for students with more in depth dietary needs.

Dining on Campus

As a first step in navigating the dining halls, it is recommended to connect with Campus Dining and learn more about the different menus and efforts they make to provide a more inclusive dining experience for all students. Visit Campus Dining's Nutrition and Food Allergies page for more information regarding nutrition and food allergies.

Support in Residential Halls

In certain instances, students may require additional support from their residential community to navigate equal access to shared equipment, utensils, and spaces in their halls. As a first step in navigating this process, it is recommended that you reach out to your Rector or Hall Staff to discuss how the community can best support you.

Some students may request formal accommodations to adress their living environment, if that is the case please reference the On-Campus Housing Accommodations information to learn more about that process.
