Academic Coaching


The Center for Student Support and Care offers academic coaching to help students foster the skills, behaviors, and habits that contribute to college success. These include:

  • academic goal setting
  • learning strategies 
  • time management and organization
  • self-regulation
  • self-efficacy

Students meet with their Academic Coach on a regular basis for customized sessions specific to the student's individual needs. Many students find that working with an Academic Coach not only serves to develop important life skills, but also provides a consistent point of accountability. Regular check-ins with an academic coach help students with motivation, prioritization, and ultimately, to achieve success in the classroom. Please contact Annie Eaton, Care and Wellness Consultant, at to discuss your goals and to get paired with an Academic Coach.
